Let me tell you about the many, many compliments we received from our guests: the food was delicious - so MANY people told me the chicken was the most delicious and moist chicken the had EVER had - and undoubtedly the best chicken they had ever tasted at an event. The raves began rolling in as the appetizers were being served - I particularly enjoyed the crab salad and recalled that it was a suggestion you made instead of crab cakes. "Leah and I were incredibly pleased with every aspect of your service and can't thank you enough for the last minute adjustments based on the shifting weather...We have received rave reviews on every item on the menu...they loved the demitasse cups and were amazed at the subtle flavor combinations...and the gorgonzola & phyllo cups you invented just for us were nothing short of fantastic...we personally loved the salad and the salmon was possibly the best glazed salmon we have ever had...the figs and port reduction on the pork loin was a perfect compliment. The service was impeccably professional and relaxed (which we appreciated), the table set-up was beautiful, and the bar service hospitable. All in all, a wonderful event!
